Paganini was the bicycle brand of one of the most famous and first-class bicycle shops from Belgium: Plum founded by Plum Ghent. The own brand Paganini was born when Italian steel and its frames dominated the market. So Plum had steel frames made in Italy by none other than Billato to sell them under the Paganini name in Belgium. Billato was a very famous frame builder from Italy, who produced frames for prestigious brands such as Vicini, Legnano, Coppi, Bianchi, Scapin or Berma.
This extremely classic and simple racing bike shines with countless engravings. Billato rarely skimped on engravings on his frames - as is the case with this frame. The lettering with its curved letters, which are supposed to reflect the brand logo, are very nice to look at.
The road bike is equipped with a groupset from Campagnolo.
